The construction cost includes the following works:

Assembly of the log house at our production site;

Loading the log house onto a vehicle;

Delivery of the log house to the Customer anywhere in Ukraine and to any other country.

Unloading of the log house on the Customer's territory;

Gasket between the first crown of the log house and the gasket foundation (tram);

Installation of the box (walls and partitions, those made of log cabins);

Connecting logs together with oak dowels;

Laying between the crowns of the log house a canvas made of flax, moss or mineral wool;

Installation of beams of the first and second floors (floor beams, ceiling beams);

Treatment of all walls and lumber inside and out with a bio-protective compound (antiseptic);

Treatment of the log cabin cups with a bio-protective composition (antiseptic);

Installation of the rafter system, temporary roof (at the Customer's request);
